Once we have your materials, you see the first finished screen of your brochure within 5 working days. If it misses the date, or you don't like the direction, you can walk away and owe us nothing. You pay the first invoice only after you approve that screen.
For regulated content we revise our build until your medical and legal reviewers sign it off. Changes to the source content you supply are quoted separately.
Questions about V-Brochures
What is an interactive brochure?
It is a brochure built as a web page instead of a PDF. It opens in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer and can include animation, video, 3D models, pop-ups and several kinds of navigation. Because it lives online, it can be updated without sending a new file, and you can see how it is used.
Do our clients need to install anything?
No. A V-Brochure opens in the browser from a link, QR code, NFC card, email button or an embed on your website. There is no app, plugin or download.
What does the analytics show?
Total opens, opens per page and opens per element, such as a video or a 3D model. We collect the data monthly and send a short quarterly report. Sales Kit adds opens per card, per person.
Can pharma companies use it with approved content and Veeva?
Yes. We build only from content your team supplies and approves, and revise our build until your medical and legal reviewers sign it off. For teams working in a CLM such as Veeva, the Enterprise tier includes an export prepared for it.
How is this different from flipbook software?
Flipbook tools turn a PDF into pages you flip on screen, and you do the work yourself. We redesign the brochure for the screen and add 3D, animation and video where they explain the product. We also host it, edit it and report on it. You get a finished brochure, not a tool.
What happens if we stop the monthly service?
Hosting and edits stop at the end of the paid period. If you want to keep using the brochure on your own systems, you can order the offline HTML version (€150).
Who owns the content?
Your texts, images and brand assets stay yours. We use them only for your brochure.
How long does it take?
You see the first screen within 5 working days of receiving your materials. Launch is usually live in 2–3 weeks, Pro and Sales Kit in 3–4 weeks. Most delays come from waiting for materials and approvals, so we agree the list on day one.
Do you make Bulgarian and English versions?
Yes. Pro includes two languages. Further languages cost €300–600 each, depending on the amount of text.
